  I have purchased a modern 24-pin dot matrix printer and have absolutely zero regrets. Truly great technology. The Epson LQ-590II has a heat sink and fan on the print head, which my DEC LA-50 did not, in the ‘80s. Advancement!

  A question for those of you who have experience with autistic or neurodiverse children: are puzzles with small pieces a good idea? I got this gachopon puzzle as a freebie from a convention, and I’m wondering if it’s an appropriate gift for the child of my upstairs neighbor. He’s maybe six? I can just ask them, oc, but it got me thinking. #autism

  Question for those of you who date men: how do YOU screen out the dangerous ones? I just can’t do apps. Too impersonal, and too demoralizing. Too capitalist as well, but that’s a different issue.
