Cop shows and movies are copaganda. I don't know what my SO was watching. But the plot hinged on some type of insurance fraud for the central crime plot. It suddenly dawned on me how many movies/shows/plots have that insurance angle. And now I wonder if those aren't also propaganda as well (yes everything is propaganda bear with me) to have people normalize buying insurance as a good thing that good people do and are entitled to. When code failed, and I had to help peeps fix it, I used to say: "Before we fix the code let's try to understand the reasons why this code is like it is." Sometimes the reason was the original programmer didn't know better. Many times, too many, the reason was crunch time, or deadlines. More often the reason was the overlaying data had changed, or was invalid. Now... it is increasingly possible there is no reason... just vibes.

What is your favorite Godot Engine plugin that is not made by yourself? I am trying to come to terms with Phantom Camera because it seems powerful and useful. But I keep making my own silly Camera3D nodes with custom controls. Phantom also has a shaker component but I was already using this Shaker plugin which I might try to phase out. Sometimes less is more, as they say. #GodotEngine

Not to take _anything_ away from Ricky Martin or Bad Bunny, they deserve all their fans and recognition. And I am happy if you think they are the best ever. But to me... Usually I follow anyone who interacts with my posts. But if you have Follow Requests turned on and want me to follow you please let me know. I often skip following people with Follow Request enabled because an overwhelming majority do not respond to requests. Yes, you have legitimate reasons to have Follow Request turned on and you don't have to justify them to me, or anyone. I just need a positive indication that you indeed want to be followed and will respond to Requests before I try.

I don't know if this needs to be stated (once again!) but: Just because something is not a problem for YOU does not actually mean that the problem does not EXIST, and very probably the reason you do not even SEE the problem is privilege. ___ The first time I read that was on tumblr probably a decade or more ago. I miss tumblr a whole lot still. And it's probably the only social media I'd be willing to go back to.

I have seen The Mist many times. It's a horror (not that it's actually scary) comfort movie. It's also like Taken, but for horror, in that if I saw it was playing while channel surfing I would stop surfin and let it play out. I miss channel surfing and finding gems randomly. Anyway I just saw The Mist on this here streaming service so I have to see it again. No choice. That's just how it is.
