    Over the last couple of years my son got very into pocket watches and clocks. More recently he has been getting into making paper. Today he used his own stamp and typewriter to make this poem. I found it on my desk just now. What an interesting guy. #poetry #pocketwatch

    Feeling a bit vindicated today that I have moved away from using Axios. For anyone considering alternatives today, Ky is a nice lightweight option I can recommend.     My 12y old is fascinated by retro tech. Playing with cassette tapes and stuff all the time. Trades messages and dumb little python/scratch programs with his buddies at school with actual 3.5&amp;quot; floppies. Burning CD&amp;#39;s for the lolz. They learned about encryption in a &amp;quot;spy school&amp;quot; class, and they joke about how it is secret in the sense that almost nobody can read their messages because they don&amp;#39;t have the tech.     This is breaking my heart right now 💔 We have tried to really limit the news we share with our kids, especially the scarier stuff, but our 6 year old knows enough of what is going on to be able to come up with this sign on her own, she made it for me to take to a protest.

    Glad for all the protesters today in #minneapolis. Come Monday I&#39;ll be back out at schools making sure more kids don&#39;t get abducted, at least not without anyone knowing about it. Hoping for justice for all this someday. #AbolishICE4Good
