  I'm just home from the wonderful #AllDayHey conference! It was a fantastic day, with some brilliant talks, awesome people speaking and attending, and overall an absolute blast! I was so thankful to be able to speak, especially at the last one. SO much love and thanks to the @heypresents team. ❤️ It was great to catch up with so many good friends, and make some new ones! Sorry if I didn't catch you at the afterparty, I was kinda out of it lol 😅

  I just had an MRI for the first time, what an odd experience and sensation! Despite my entirely baseless worry it turns out I don't have a secret lump of metal inside of me. Note to self for next time, when offered the music choice of "we've got pop or Fleetwood Mac", pick Fleetwood Mac lol

  I went to see my first football game in 20 years this evening, the Scotland vs Belgium Women's world cup qualifiers. It was actually a great time and I got really into it! I thought I didn't like football, I think actually I just don't like Men ('s football)
