  @robin @freakboy3742 not trying to defend callous inattentive people here, but I will say there are forms of "name blindness" that make these mistakes easy to make, specifically with "ambiguous" names. For me it seems my brain stores and looks up names as a whole, which makes it much harder to split off the first name. I literally have had that problem with Russell 😅 I apparently have him stored as "RussellKeithMagee", but not as "R...
