okay, does anyone know how to ACTUALLY remove flickering lights from a video with ffmpeg or other open source tools? video is 29.97fps and the lights flicker at 50Hz. so the lights cycle every 3 frames. using ffmpeg "-vf deflicker=s=3" or any other size divisible by three does not remove it. using the easy hack of overlaying a semitransparent copy with one frame offset doesn't work. adding third layer with 2 frames offset does, but the motion blur becomes unacceptable.
