  Irish Potato Bread My one of my all time favourite breakfast companion foods. This time, making it myself and tasting way better than the store bought ones. 1/ After boiling potatoes, mash with butter, add salt, pepper and Rosemary seasoning (this part is very important or else, no flavour). Mix, add flour and mix again then knead. 2/ Roll and flatten dough, cut into sections, then dry fry each piece, 2 at a time in my case. 3/ Turn, fry the other side , making sure they're cooked proper...
