Just completed my Implicit Bias session, State of Michigan requirement for healthcare. Seemed very logical and based on ideas from “Thinking Fast and Slow”. Why this stuff triggers so many people is beyond me. Ignorance. #DEI

@JL_Lycette This is one of the most empowering things I have done professionally. Place the ask in direct competition to family time, wellbeing, free time, fitness, etc. I had to tell a person I admired no. His response? &quot;I wish I would have said no when I was your age, now I&#39;m doing this shitty job&quot;. Coming from a Chief Medical Officer of a hospital. When the ask is reasonable, I offer a removal of what I think are comparable duties. Good luck.
