Ich erkenne KI Geschwafel 10 Meter vom Bildschirm entfernt. Den Text darüber anpassen können wär cool, aber nicht wirklich nötig. Da steht, dass mensch erstens etwas über sich selbst schreiben soll und zweitens wieso mensch der Instanz beitreten will. Das hat noch nie eine KI erfüllt.   As a neurodivergent person I'm interested in taxonomy but as a dyslexic person I find it inconvenient that many taxa have unreadable names that differ from other taxa with just one letter. papilionoidea (butterflies) papilionidae (swallowtails) In this case its even two differences, but still it doesn't feel very inclusive to people with learning disabilities (or probably to most people I guess). #neurodivergence #neurodiversity #dyslexia #taxonomy #butterflies #inclusion

  Mastodon has one really bad feature that enhances rage, like usually only non-Fediverse social media plattforms do. If someone deletes their post someone else replied to, that reply suddenly is no longer a reply, but a standalone post and therefore more visible (e.g. in timelines that hide replies and on that person's profile). Why is this a problem? Because chances are high that the reason why you delete your post is because you don't like the reply. And now the reply is on full displ...

  I said this before and I'll say it again. If an alien species came to earth to save us, it would look a lot like in the movies where they try to wipe us out: First they'd destroy big parts of our digital- and energy- infrastructure and all of our military infrastructure.   Sometimes hope really is a pain. The last two years I had a PAIS (post-accute infection syndrome like Post COVID or ME/CFS) all summer long. The rest of the year (usually my least favorite 7-9 months) I only had other health issues. Instead of using those 7-9 months of having some energy to get a proper diagnosis and treatment, I spent all my money on supplements and hoped it wouldn't come back again. Now this summer I have my PAIS plus burnout and I have to try to finally get a diagnosis...
