Cheung Chau (長洲/&quot;Long Island&quot;) has a tradition of celebrating Buddha&#39;s Birthday and the entire island goes into vegetarian mode for a week. The fun thing is, even McDonald&#39;s has to follow this tradition. So for a limited time, you can buy only vegan burgers in McDonald&#39;s. The Cheung Chau branch is the only one that does that in Hong Kong. Here&#39;s a menu for your reference. McVeggie is a mushroom burger.

One of the best things about Linux is how easily I can route audio. On Windows, you have to install questionable programs to only get like 2 virtual devices. On Linux, running a single command can spawn a null sink, and you have the freedom to route everything to and from it. The limit is how ever many can your computer support. This freedom allows me to go mad with my setup.
