  Spider veins I turned 36 last July. I’ve been pretty sedentary for most of my adult life. Even more so the past few years. Depression hasn’t helped. I’m pretty confident this explains the rapid accumulation of spider veins on my feet. The thing is, they’re spreading to my stomach and upper arms. Other than excercise, which I am doing now, what are my options?

  Mine is mostly out of commission so no big deal. lol. My dermatologist said it could be a backup option. My hair loss is temporary and from a few mental health episodes last year. So I’m hoping that minoxidil helps with the recovery process,

  Laser treatment for growth Has anyone here tried laser treat for hair growth? Did it actually work? Do you use a comb or one of those sci-fi looking helmets? I’m considering it, my dermatologist suggested it as an option. The units are just so expensive.

  Experiences with minoxidil Last year I had several mental health episodes which led to telogen effluvium (stress-induced temporary hair loss). It started last February. I saw a dermatologist and got on minoxidil in July. When did the shedding stop for you? The plan is I go back for a check-in this coming January and taper back off July 2027.
