I have done so elsewhere in Japanese, Korean, German, and French, but it becomes an issue whenever I try to do this in English. I suspect the scam group targets North America and Europe, and since most of the Fediverse is English-speaking, they push back. That's to say, whenever I focus on their cash cow, they get cranky.
