  Hey neighbours, My family will be moving later this year and we won’t be able to take our bunny “Biscuit” with us. She’s about two and a half years old, has been to a vet and has been vaccinated. She’s litter box trained, comes with a litter box, “Paw Hut” bunny house, and a reconfigurable cage. She doesn’t leave carpeted flooring so the only time we use the cage is when we put her in the yard. When the police track down the vehicle, it is seized as evidence and ultimately returned to its proper owner. What happens to the buyer who is out thousands of dollars? They have to use the courts to go after the seller. Now imagine that scenario but with land.

  Hey #Yeg friends, I want to share a quick story about UPS. I recently ordered a new MacBook from Apple.ca and selected home delivery. On the delivery date, I received a text from UPS that the laptop had been delivered even though it hadn’t. I called UPS who told me “Catherine” had signed for the new computer and I explained nobody by that name lives at our address.
