  (I’m just trying to learn. No hidden mockery in this and this is no gotcha bs aimed at t women. I’m NOT transphobic. Just saw this in a debate and wanted to know other people’s thoughts) I just want to know: Is this factually correct? If it is, does it matter? Why or why not? How would you logically respond to this? How does this statement not contradict with Trans Women are Women

  How could I be sure? Even of there weren’t I might end up learning something interesting. (For example, someone else commented about ‘ghost people’ about China) What you’re saying sums down to ‘don’t ask questions related to controversial topics’. We always need to discuss them.

  Your argument was: A lot of people have no idea their meat comes from dead animals Then you said: But 80% of British people don’t know where a ribeye steak comes from! Stop acting clueless so you can twist his words. They don’t need to know where a ribeye whatever comes from to know it comes from a cow. Which disproves your argument.

  They have never been to school. They’ve never said anything about wanting to read. But when they have to read something, they pretend they forgot their glasses or smth like that. They’re insecure about it. I feel sad for them. That said, they’re pretty stubborn. What can I possibly do to convince them to try learning?
