  To say that I'm disgusted at watching our own Govt. employees fire rubber bullets, pepper balls/tear gas and point-blank-range pepper spray at law abiding, non-threatening, non-violent protesters who are standing UP for America... That doesn't cover it. I don't even know what words can properly convey the feeling of watching traitors in uniform bending the knee and kissing the ring of a man who would toss them into a sewage pond without any warning, for no apparent reas...

  There are times when people post money requests on Mastodon. They give pretty good sob stories, but then don't include links to vetted crowd funding sources. Recently, there was one that *did* include that link, but I think it serves as a new possible scam to avoid.
