Kinda sick and tired of white people's "Thanksgiving menu" being treated as the only way to celebrate America. I'm not too wild about the whole Thanksgiving Day celebration thing anyway, because it's a day of tears for so many People of Color, especially indigenous people. I'm just saying, I think it's really arrogant to rely on the recipes of white people to represent "all of America" on a "Day of Thanks" given by Americans. Everyone's here, not just white people. I'm all for better educating ourselves about our nation's diverse history.
