  I have a new addition to my Best Shows memories. As we were leaving Superbooth, a said to Septic Snake “I wonder if Mædon is playing somewhere tonight.” So I went to her site, and sure enough! A tram ride would allow us to rest our feet anyway. Then I looked up and saw a poster right in front of us for the show.   I was in a game store ~2007 and someone figured out who I was and rushed up to me and told me how seen they felt about my treatment of gender in Shock:Social Science Fiction. You can’t make art based on what people tell you because most of the time, they don’t tell you anything or aren’t the audience. You just make it, then set it free. But you create it to say something, and you don’t know you’ve said it unless someone tells you what they got from it. Tell artists you like their work.
