    My TWSBI Vac 700R fell victim to the resin cracks that TWSBI pens are known for. The pen is just barely two years old, and has always been in a case when not in active use. I&amp;#39;ll let y&amp;#39;all know if their customer service is as good as I&amp;#39;ve heard! #fountainpen #TWSBI

    I finally got resolution on that broken Pelikan M405 #fountainpen that I asked about in early December. As of today, a new, functional pen in inked up and scribbling perfectly! It was a long journey, but the big things are: 1. Pelikan&amp;#39;s North American warranties and returns are now handled by Coles of London, as of last October. 2. JetPens is a great retailer to work with!

    I went ahead and picked up the Timex Expedition Field Post Titanium Automatic, and I am happy as can be! It&amp;#39;s my first mechanical wristwatch, and I think I picked a great one. It’s light, comfortable, feels like a tank, and seems to be keeping pretty accurate time for the 9 hours that I’ve had it. It has a Miyota 8215 movement with custom, shock absorbent mounting and a screw down crown for better water resistance. It’s almost the exact same size as the Casio AE-1000W I’ve used as my ED...
