I went ahead and picked up the Timex Expedition Field Post Titanium Automatic, and I am happy as can be! It's my first mechanical wristwatch, and I think I picked a great one. It’s light, comfortable, feels like a tank, and seems to be keeping pretty accurate time for the 9 hours that I’ve had it. It has a Miyota 8215 movement with custom, shock absorbent mounting and a screw down crown for better water resistance. It’s almost the exact same size as the Casio AE-1000W I’ve used as my EDC, and only a little bit heavier. #watch #wristwatch #timex
