  @AwoogaGeneral Of course, the problem is that you can load a lot of different meanings into fair in the term fair wage. And then of course healthcare isn't a clear binary concept. It's not entirely clear that Americans don't have healthcare. What they want is better healthcare. Of course, the exact conception of what that better healthcare means is undefined.
