  Google replaced pushing Git tags for certain source code with obtaining source code via Google Drive after making a request through Google Forms. It's completely ridiculous and they've gradually become very slow at handling requests. They're in clear violation of the GPLv2 now.

  Revolut recently banned using GrapheneOS without any justification. They're falsely claiming to do be doing it for security reasons. In reality, they're enforcing licensing Google Play. Revolut doesn't enforce security standards. It runs on Android 9 with no patches since 2018.

We provided the requested links to the harassment content via a DM and were quickly blocked. We've previously filed Code of Conduct committee reports with Fedora and GNOME about this.   GrapheneOS update downloads are usually around 20MB to 80MB when updating from a recent release. The download for updating from our final Android 16 QPR2 release to Android 17 ranges from 620MB to 760MB depending on device model. We're in the process of rolling it out to the Stable channel now.

  Today is the official release day for Android 17. We've already fully ported GrapheneOS to Android 17 and are in the process of pushing the code to our public repositories. We're building a final official release based on Android 16 QPR2 today and we'll do an initial Android 17 release tomorrow.
