    Yesterday I finished reading @vga256&amp;#39;s book &amp;quot;Mages &amp;amp; Modems&amp;quot; and loved every minute of it. It&amp;#39;s a quite personal collection of memory vignettes, each connected to some aspect of computing in the 80s and 90s. The technology angle is what originally attracted me to the book, but it was the personal experiences with this technology that really kept the pages turning.
