  A Stór (Irish for "my treasure") is a piece for marimba, piano, and fretless bass. It’s inspired by Piazzolla and dedicated to Tiziana.   Today I was listening to King Crimson's "Islands". The song moved me very much -- I consider it possibly the most perfect work by KC. After that or, better, when I thought the song was over, I started listening to my "Sundial".   This piece for solo piano began as a small exercise in composing in the style of Bach (the kind of work I usually call “Bachian plagiarism” to clarify the Stream of my inspiration). However, as I wrote, the piece took on a life of its own, and in the end, I am quite satisfied with it. What do you think?
