This piece for solo piano began as a small exercise in composing in the style of Bach (the kind of work I usually call “Bachian plagiarism” to clarify the Stream of my inspiration). However, as I wrote, the piece took on a life of its own, and in the end, I am quite satisfied with it. What do you think? The title is a portmanteau of the English "teaser" and the Italian "esercizio".
