#AskFedi requesting more info on how to use translation tools on mastodon. I can&#39;t work out if this is a mastodon client app feature or general feature. I see some posts in other languages and it automatically underneath says &quot;translate from...&quot; and if I click that it translates the post. Sometimes this doesn&#39;t appear and I don&#39;t know if it&#39;s that that person hasn&#39;t got a setting turned on or is something I&#39;ve not got turned on. S...

Little bit of good news from the East Midlands. After the #reform Councillor resigned in less than a year, the voters pooled votes from across all parties to elect Lian Pizzey as the next #GreenParty Councillor in Horsley byelection. Loads of hard work by local activists to get this nailed on. #UKpolitics #byelection
