I've never owned anything Apple, but I am finally considering ditching Android only because we use Apple AirTags (on my wife's iPhone for now) to keep track of our cats. Is there a downside to switching that I should know about?

The picture on the left was taken 63 years ago when our family moved from Los Angeles to Kansas City. I'm hoping to recreate the trip in one of my old Ramblers, but parts of the route have been a mystery. I'd assumed the photo was taken around Palm Springs or 29 Palms--definitely SoCal it seemed to me--but after obsessing over this for eons I finally found the spot, in the SW corner of Utah on old US91. Interesting development on the possibility of obtaining Canadian citizenship. I was born in NZ, but Canada does not differentiate between US and NZ, even though both NZ and Canada are British Commonwealths. However, I have a Canadian great-Grandfather, and somehow a new law allows citizenship by descent over multiple generations. Documentation is critical, but my sister, the family historian, has birth certificates etc. going back to the 1870s. I remain skeptical, but hopeful.
