  So here is how I solved my #fpga dilemma : got both #Lattice to access the open source synthesis tools and #Altera through Terasic since they package the Quartus Pro license with Agilex5 boards. Given how horrible I was with VHDL 25 yrs ago, I will be doing stuff in SystemVerilog

  Re: the supposedly super secret model Mythos (=fable, but in modern Greek this word means lie) here is the main issue. Announcements such as this fail to mention something obvious: many codebases suffer from historical bias ie they are secure according to the standard /knowledge/patterns that were around at the time the review was done.
