  Ok maybe it's not as bad as some people are saying. "Ubuntu is the ideal OS for AI developers" is a very different statement from "We're firing all our devs and handing over development to Microslop Copilot" which is what some room-temperature takes have been saying. Still not a good look in 2026. But doesn't seem worth dropping Ubuntu over.

  I'm releasing another idea from my todo list that I'm never going to do. I'm placing this into the public domain, anyone can take it and use it for any purpose. A bot that, every hour, posts one random word from a random language, followed by the day of the week (UTC) in that language, such that both words start with the same letter. So today we might have Fennec Friday, Folge Freitag, Végétarien Vendredi, etc. It must correctly set the language of its post. Bonus poi...
