If you don't do enough interesting things between one toothbrushing and the next, it starts to feel like just toothbrushing, all the time.

The prairie is not particularly colorful right now but I did find some blooms. Lots of "pagoda plant," and some Culver's root, American bellflower, white avens, "eastern enchanter's nightshade," and white snakeroot. The neighbor's red monarda cultivar is creeping in.
