Well, here we are. This isn’t science fiction; no dystopian future. This is here… now. The question in my mind now is: What do we do now? Not this headless-chicken raging about cabinet appointments. What do we do? What CAN we do to oppose? What do we do to keep those dear to us safe? This is what I want to talk about, when I’m not posting pictures of #butterflies.

This is interesting. On its face, it shows that the #California #voting system works. And one reason why elections take so long. But there’s a sinister undertone, with the main reason for rejection being late arrival… by USPS. Which means that we were absolutely correct in recommending that voters return their ballots directly to one of the county ballot boxes rather than trusting the mail. Remember this in November!! The feds will try to mess with us. https://www.ms.now/news/california-near...

I live for moments like these. #birds #butterflies A hummingbird and a Swallowtail share the same Sage plant blossoms.

It’s not what it seems. #car #plants Absolutely not a wreck, or a burnout. But I’m not certain just what it is. All I know is the guy in the hat has a watering can.

I got a lot of images from today’s #butterfly hunt at Buena Vista Park. Rather than bunching all the good shots right up front, I’m just gonna go through the adventure somewhat serially. First up, the Marine Blue. They were everywhere today, and I didn’t try very hard to get pictures once I knew what they were.

For anyone in the US who uses #biodiesel fuel, what are you paying now for the #fuel? What have #FuelPrices done over the last week in your area, and what state/territory are you in? I'm in #California, and my pump price has gone from $4.69/gal to $6.49/gal in the last week. It makes zero sense to me as this fuel is produced in the US and is not a petrochemical. Please boost. Thanks.
