This is interesting. On its face, it shows that the #California #voting system works. And one reason why elections take so long. But there’s a sinister undertone, with the main reason for rejection being late arrival… by USPS. Which means that we were absolutely correct in recommending that voters return their ballots directly to one of the county ballot boxes rather than trusting the mail. Remember this in November!!
