I don’t know what to tell people besides ”look around and tell me if YOU are better off than you were 7 years ago”, but people don’t usually like to hear that.

If I was told I could guarantee another five years of life by becoming vegetarian, I done know if I would. Vegan? No way. There are multiple healthy ways to live, and I do know vegetarians who are extremely healthy self-sufficiency ruralites that can outwork their peers.
