    anyone else having a weird feeling about go (programming language) adding stuff like generics? i always thought of go as &quot;c with a runtime&quot; and feel like the language shouldve just stayed at the point where it was when the book &quot;the go programming language&quot; was published. im not much of a fan of &quot;evolving&quot; programming languages and would rather have them be designed and then not iterated on
