anyone else having a weird feeling about go (programming language) adding stuff like generics? i always thought of go as "c with a runtime" and feel like the language shouldve just stayed at the point where it was when the book "the go programming language" was published. im not much of a fan of "evolving" programming languages and would rather have them be designed and then not iterated on
