I think this is just spent starter right? I used it after it being out for 8+ hours and just hoped. Can the starter just die? I don’t want to have to make a new starter!

I run 25-30 miles a week and it just caught up with me. My ankle hasn’t hurt before Saturday but it felt a little off last week. On Saturday I ran 10.5 miles. At 8 my ankle felt a little cranky but I kept going. I put an ace bandage on it post run and a brace later because it started hurting. No Sunday run (1-mile slow slow walk), and no run today. It feels better but not fully healed, still a little pain. Wearing the brace it feels better and when I take it off, I realize it still hurts. I u...

My son was accepted to UNT! Yay! One more option, he’s already accepted at Midwestern University (of Texas). Hoping 1-2 more come through soon, so we can start deciding which is the one.

Out local protest in a Houston suburb had 500, roughly equal to No Kings 2. Good excited crowd, in a pretty red district (Dan Crenshaw is our current rep, sigh) that never had protests until No Kings. And our dem candidate for congressional district turned up so he can start meeting people. #NoKings #KingwoodTX

I forgot about my bread last night. Proved 18 hrs in fridge, took out on counter to bake at 9, forgot and left out all night. Huge rise this morning. Probably super over proved; we’ll see later this morning! Baking now. But if this turns out well I have a new trick LOL: forgotten bread #baking #sourdough
