In better #NewMexico news, the restaurant at the Castañeda Hotel in Las Vegas now has a full menu, rather than just tapas. My sweetie told me about this almost a week ago, but until now, the story was only posted to a FB page. In any case, we may end up taking the train up to Las Vegas to spend a night at the hotel one of these days.
