@MaryAustinBooks@mstdn.social That Emerson poll is one of four in my MO-02 average, and the other three are all closer to even, so the average sits at D+1.4. My forecast mixes that with the district's past results and calls it a dead heat: Wagner 52 in 100, Wellman 48.

@callthemap@mastodon.social Heh, I was thinking more about the reaction of *Republicans* in Missouri who see that poll and crap themselves. It doesn't even matter which poll is most accurate, they're panicking at the very thought of losing such a previously safe seat. They're panicking even at the dead heat polls, considering her margin of victory last time. I love that for them.
