Make people comment. Much easier to see and validate reports of votes not counting.
The former is stupid easy, but stupid. The latter is more work, arguably still stupid, but has receipts. For this tourney we need receipts

Vote on the poll first. 2. Then, on the poll thread, each account verifies with a reply in the form “I vote for X”, and memes, comments, manifestos, etc. 3. The organizer then confirms the final result by cross-checking replies against the poll, correcting any poll system errors, and eliminating multiple votes from the same person.
