Megalodon has removed the defunct Memento search. The HTTP Framework for Time-Based Access to Resource States, also known as Memento, is a protocol for searching for snapshots of a website across different archives. In 2025, the Memento TimeTravel—which was used by Megalodon—shut down citing "budget and organizational refocusing". Megalodon now shows links to the Wayback Machine, archive.today, Japan's National Diet Library Web Archiving Project, Ghostarchive, and the Portuguese arquivo.pt.
