Exactly. That's why people who think they are being "empathetic" when they make excuses for this women need to understand that if they have their way, and the new legal standard becomes "mental illness = blanket legal immunity", then the next reform that will occur after that is mandatory confinement to secure psychiatric facilities for anyone and everyone who even shows the slightest HINT of "mental illness". They'll be sentencing people effectively to prison because they had a bad day and screamed at a stranger who reported them to police.
