After a dozen years or so, I’ve put the book I wrote in 1994 back online. It’s at https://meadmadeeasy.info/table-of-contents and covers the making of #mead, a beverage made from fermented honey. I don’t really have any plans to make paper copies again, but the hosting software I used (https://write.as/) claims to be able to export as epub if people are interested in the book in that format.
