@the_etrain@beige.party I once had to play this game for a week with FedEx when they were sending me a new phone. It turns out you can get things a lot more quickly if you order them shipped to a FedEx store. Probably because they don't pay enough, they don't have enough couriers to do "last mile" trips out to homes every day. But they do deliver to FedEx stores every day. If the package has already been shipped, you have to call them to change the delivery address. That's how I finally got my phone.
