My boss wanted to know how I could tell a good hire from a bad hire in less than one shift. I never found a good way to tell him "I go talk to every person that gets hired and by gauging their level of niggertry I can tell if they're going to last the week or not"

Yeah pretty much. My current job has a high turnover and I can tell pretty quick who will sink or swim. The top nigguz of our plantation are basically varying degrees of uncle ruckus and a few of them would put OG house niggers to shame.
