Include screenshots only as supporting evidence. The live URL is the primary record because it allows the client to inspect the actual public page. If a page later changes, record the date of your original review and note the status during the next check.
You can also add a qualitative rating such as “strong topical fit,” “acceptable contextual fit,” or “needs replacement.” This is more informative than presenting every result as equally valuable. (26/35)
