@pre@boing.world Definitely could, but very likely won't, even though he's bin (sorry) the main story. Even if so, there may well be ANOTHER by-election in Clacton before long, if Farridge gets suspended following the investigation he wrongly thought he could avoid by standing down. Such a waste of very deprived Tendring Council's taxpayers' money.
