@vathpela@infosec.exchange eh, I know what they mean. It's a small unit with high-end finishes and nice appliances, intended to be bought and rented out as an airbnb. Vancouver was stuffed with them from 2012-2022 (approx). Something like https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/30231612/116-5212-cambie-street-vancouver . Definite real estate boom stuff.

@adamw@fosstodon.org I think it means "the construction is nicer than my century-old house down the block". Worth noting that they can't really easily airbnb-these - Cambridge has a rule that basically says you have to live next door if you have a majority-STR property, which I think in this case means you'd have to live in the building.
