@adamw@fosstodon.org I think it means "the construction is nicer than my century-old house down the block". Worth noting that they can't really easily airbnb-these - Cambridge has a rule that basically says you have to live next door if you have a majority-STR property, which I think in this case means you'd have to live in the building.

@vathpela@infosec.exchange sure, I have no idea about Boston-area specifics, was just noting that "luxury studios" are absolutely a real thing and they're not great for housing affordability. I've no idea whether these are those, though.
