I'm not trying to imply anything. WRNMMC, is part of the Maryland EMS system, even though their ED generally does not accept civilian EMS traffic except under extraordinary circumstances (at least as far as I am aware). The ED at the Malcom Grow clinic (Andrews AFB) is also in the system as well...

As are the both the Baltimore and DC VA Hospitals (Kimbrough, Ft. Meade, and the Perry Point VA show up in the reports but neither have ED's). And since the new system you generally don't see any if at all of these facilities because their is no need being they don't generally accept civ EMS...
