As are the both the Baltimore and DC VA Hospitals (Kimbrough, Ft. Meade, and the Perry Point VA show up in the reports but neither have ED's). And since the new system you generally don't see any if at all of these facilities because their is no need being they don't generally accept civ EMS...

So seems odd that WRNMMC is reporting Code Black, essentially meaning their ED is closed. Someone at WRNMMC would have had to clicked the flag in the system to do so. Perhaps it was to facilitate any potential Mutual Aid. I mean to me, it's just, out of place...
