This is hardly different than what private equity does.. but our boy Peter is on record saying building things from scratch cost a lot of money and you may have to get rid of natives that you don’t like, but if you expropriate existing societies, that’s a lot cheaper. The only problem is it seems like every time libertarians even though I know Peter is not a libertarian move in and try to run things the way they think things should happen. It ends in disaster..
